Three Weeks to Launch

With 3 weeks — 21 days — left until the launch of From Bud to Boss, we want to tell you about three groups of people who we hope will read this book.

1. People who are experiencing a first time transition to leadership. Transitions are difficult. We believe that our book will provide people with practical steps they can take: steps that will ease their transition, make them more effective in relating to others, and ensure success in their new roles.
2. People who aspire to leadership. Our book provides tools to help people understand themselves more fully and take steps to grow as people and as leaders. People looking for opportunities to advance in their organizations can use our book to prepare to make that leadership transition in the future.
3. Seasoned leaders who want to make a difference in others’ lives. Our book is also a helpful resource for long-time leaders who want to equip, support, and encourage people experiencing a leadership transition. More experienced leaders can read and share the book with others in their organizations, using the concepts in the book as a springboard for helpful coaching.

Three groups of people, three weeks, and, now — one challenge. Do you know any people in the groups described above? (Of course you do!) Take a moment over the next few days to email one friend in each of the groups above. Tell them why our book could help them in their work and point them to our community as an additional resource.
